About Me
From training to rehab.
I've worked as a fitness and aerobics instructor for years, combining personal training with musculoskeletal physiotherapy knowledge. I build individual programs for strength and muscle development, improved mobility, and posture correction.
I have extensive experience rehabbing first- and second-degree muscle injuries, as well as treating conditions like scoliosis and lower back pain, always aiming for full joint health and mobility.
My work also covers CrossFit, Pilates, step aerobics, and swim training — every program is built around each client's specific needs and goals.
